default domain for emails

Hi,

Working for a large company, I want each job to email to some email
addresses, The emails for each job.

That said, the @mydomain.com suffix of the email never changes (unless
there is a specific job to email to an outside address.

How can I set the default email suffix to my company's suffix so that I can
make the fcrontab lines shorter :) and only use the full email address, for
special emails outside my domain.
