feature request

Hi,

for testing the fcron environment I'd like to run fcrondyn as root for
a given user.
Unfortunately, fcrondyn doesn't have the -u switch as fcrontab has.

Since fcrondyn requires entering the user's password which is unknown
even to root
I don't see any means using fcrondyn as administrator.
